I’m married father of four, living in a small coastal town in Ireland where life is shaped by community, fresh air, and a love for the outdoors.

I have completed multiple marathons, taken part in a range of cycling events, and competed in triathlons up to Half Ironman distance. These experiences have challenged me, built resilience, and strengthened my commitment to setting and achieving goals.
