2024 was a terrible year for me Personally and Physically, After a good winter and spring training block and two weeks before my targer race the Skoda Tour of Connemara I had a bad accident breaking my Jaw at the Mandible bone and my elbow. It was a really long recovery but having got some good strong base miles in during the winter and am targeting the Skoda Tour of Connemara again and hopefully some triathalons. Wisihing all our followers a safe and sucessfull season of racing in 2025
