When it comes to running clothing Ronhill are always considered the top of the pile and their new trail range is extremely impressive.

Over the last few weeks I have been regularly using a few products from the trail range including Trail Microlight Jacket, Trail Cargo Short, Trail short and long sleeve Zip Top I have divided these into three reviews so here is my feedback on the Trail short and long sleeve Zip Top.

The Ronhill Trail short and long sleeve Zip Tops are extremely lightweight and breathable. The tops come with a front zip security pocket, Mesh stretch pockets on both sides at the front, Backpack gripper across the shoulders and a front half zip with a lock down puller and elasticated loops to tuck in your headphones. The Long sleeve shirt also has added thumb loops for extra comfort.

I have used both running tops regularly over the last few weeks and really like them. The tops are both very breathable and lightweight. The wicking treatment helps you by pulling moisture away from your body allowing you to stay dry and comfortable during exercise. The front zip security product is perfect for storing a few gels and your mp3 player. The side mesh stretch pockets are perfect for storing your gloves, hat, drink bottle or storing your rubbish while out on a trail run. The backpack gripper allows you to comfortably carry a backpack or race pack.

The Trail short and long sleeve Zip Top are top quality products. They come in two different colours and in sixes S to XL. I would have liked to have seen an additional pocket similar to the Trail Microlight Jacket but it does not take away too much from the top. I would still highly recommend both long sleeve and the short sleeve top.
